Joe F. from the Spawn.com Message Board revealed one of the production photos of the upcoming King Draako figure from thier Legends of the Blade Hunters line. He also showed the figure in comparison to one of their previous Dragons releases. Next to the Sorcerer's Clan boxed set, this may be my favorite dragon they've done since they started doing them a few years ago.
Here's the photos and some of Joe's explanation:
What you see above is the first shot sample from Hong Kong. Basically, it’s the first sample to come out of the freshly cut steel mold at the factory. Before we go into final production, we use this sample to ensure the quality of the steel mold. Once it has been approved we then move on to the grey molds for further inspection, and make sure the sculpt is still up to standards and no detail has been lost in translation.
