Underground Toys Named Heroes Licensee

Underground Toys, makers of the fan-favorite Doctor Who action figures and collectibles, has been awarded the exclusive UK license to manufacture and distribute action figures, collector mugs, plates and key chains based on the hit TV action drama, Heroes.

Though it's unknown when Underground Toys' Heroes figures will hit retail or which characters will see release first, there's no doubt this is good news for fans of the Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated show which chronicles the lives of ordinary people with extraordinary super-human abilities.

Action figure manufacturer Mezco Toyz is also making Heroes action figures and, like so many other licenses which receive multiple action figure treatments, fans of variety will benefit from the ability to choose their favorites from both lines.
